Lindsey K. is a busy homeschooling mom of two young children, who also runs two businesses. She knows how important wellness is to living a joyful life but has seen how hard it can be to find time and keep the balance during this busy phase of life. She created the Manifesting Wellness “One Thing A Day” method, after working with hundreds of women over 17 years as a personal trainer, to provide a low stress approach to maintaining self-care and achieving wellness for busy women.

Lindsey is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Virtual Coaching Specialist, CES Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and USAWeightlifting Certified Coach. She has been a triathlete, competitive Strongman athlete and marathon runner. She is now in her Pilates, core strength and long walks with friends era, although she will train for the occasional Strongman competition or 5K for fun. When she is not manifesting wellness, she is grateful to be homeschooling, traveling and living life to the fullest with her husband and children.
