What We Offer:
This virtual session includes a 30 minute, one-on-one Fitness Schedule Building Session with Lindsey. During the session we will define your wellness goals, and help determine what fitness schedule will work best for you. We will establish the number of days, time, and types of exercise to include in your wellness routine. You’ll leave this session with a custom 30 day fitness schedule based on your personal needs.
The “One Thing A Day” Wellness Program teaches busy women how to make wellness a priority and achieve your goals one action at a time. When things feel overwhelming this approach keeps you moving forward by focusing on progress, not perfection. This program includes 4 one-on-one virtual wellness coaching sessions that can be done weekly or monthly. These 55-minute sessions include a personalized wellness review, practical wellness information, relevant worksheets, and real-life, easy to maintain habits that will improve your mental and physical wellness. Sessions are tailored to your individual wellness goals and personalized just for you.
Sessions are scheduled a time that is convenient for you. Scheduling link will be sent after checkout.

These wellness coaching sessions are designed to support Small Business Employee Wellness Initiatives. Program includes 4 weekly or monthly, 55-minute virtual group wellness sessions. Sessions teach easy to do wellness practices that address goal setting, habit stacking, nutrition, fitness, and staying consistent along with relevant worksheets, and real-life suggestions that make wellness a realistic priority for busy employees.
Sessions can be scheduled at a convenient time for your employees. Cost is based on number of employees and starts as low as $500.

Meet Lindsey K.—a Wellness Coach and homeschooling mom of two who perfectly understands the beautiful, chaotic juggle of life. Lindsey knows firsthand that while wellness is the heartbeat of a joyful life, finding the balance of time and energy can be difficult when your schedule already feels at capacity.
Drawing from 17 years of experience as a personal trainer, helping hundreds of women improve their wellness, Lindsey started Manifesting Wellness Collective as her gift to the busy woman needing a joyful, low-stress, high-impact approach to self-care that fits into the reality of life.
Lindsey’s own fitness journey has evolved alongside her life. She has conquered triathlons, pushed limits as a competitive Strongman athlete, and crossed a marathon finish line. Today, her focus is mainly on core strength, long walks with friends, new Wellness Adventures and joyful movement. (She will still occasionally train for a fun 5k or Strongman competition.)
