4 Week Group Wellness Coaching Sessions

The 4 group wellness coaching sessions include weekly, 55-minute virtual group sessions. Each session starts with breathwork and includes a weekly wellness review, practical wellness information, relevant worksheets, and real-life suggestions.

Group sessions start every 1st Sunday of the month at 6:30pm EST. Scheduling link will be sent after checkout.

*Manifesting Wellness Guided Journal must be purchased separately. It is recommended to schedule an introductory session first which includes a copy of the journal.

Week 4 - Mindfulness/Accountability/Sustainability/Follow-through/Interval Strength Workout
