These wellness coaching workshops are designed to support Small Business Employee Wellness Initiatives. Workshops include a 90 minute in-person or virtual group wellness session.

Workshops teach easy to do wellness practices that address goal setting, habit stacking, nutrition, fitness, and staying consistent along with relevant worksheets, and real-life suggestions that make wellness a realistic priority for busy employees.

Wellness Time-Audit: Plugging Time Drains and finding more time for wellness.
15 Minutes of Fitness: Fighting chronic stress, anxiety, and fatigue in just 15 minutes.
Women’s Resilience and Self-Defense: Improving Your Boundaries, Your Safety and Your Wellness (w/Carmen G.)
Living in Abundance: Recognizing all you already have to attract in more.
Setting Boundaries Around Your Wellness: Learning to say no.
Gut Health: Finding your gut health blueprint.

Week 1 - Goal Setting/Building Positive Habits/Developing Routines/Bodyweight Workout

Week 2 - Nutrition/Meal Plans/Meal Prep/Workout with Resistance Bands

Week 3 - Developing an Exercise Schedule/Workout recommendations/Beginner Strength Workout

Week 4 - Mindfulness/Accountability/Sustainability/Follow-through/Interval Strength Workout
